Know what you mean, had the same issue on my 2019 Gen 2 Raptor with the 37 PP beadlocks. Royal PITA to get to the valve stems and I tried 2 different types of extenders and neither one worked. No more beadlocks for me.

See attached, did not care for the all weather plastic ones either. They are pretty slick when new.

I spoke directly with the Procal specific contact at Ford Performance, who helps the dealer technicians with installation daily. He advised there has been no update to the Ranger Procal tune, if anyone wants to confirm just call on the number that was provided. I have no reason to question...

Get on the Ford Performance website and initiate the chat function, they are very helpful. If not they can give you the number for the experts hotline.

I specifically asked the Ford Performance specialist about updates to the Procal tune and he advised there has never been one, and they do not anticipate doing one either. Just FYI.

Not sure how they could install the tune since they are all VIN specific, unless the tech has a tech specific version. When the tune is downloaded the VIN must be entered or scanned to the program, then it can only be used on that vehicle.

That is what I did, set up the appointment when you get your tune (in a box). Set up your account with Ford Performance and give them your login and password. That is all they need.

Why do you need the software in your possession? Just asking, you can get that downloaded anytime from Ford Performance if needed, your ford dealer technician has it. You only need it if you are going to do the Procal tune install.
