From what I have been reading, if an approved ASE mechanic or a ford dealership installs it, Ford will warranty it for 36 months. Not sure though.

Gone are the affordable muscle cars. Challenger and charger.

I don’t know. All I know is they said Ford now has a fix.

Update…..called my Ford dealer to schedule the recall for the front seat height adjust pivot bolt that appeared on my app today. They also said that Ford has a software fix for the potential pinched wire that is referenced in this post. Said it will take about 2 hours to do both.

Good news! I’ll wait for the price of premium to get back to normal before I upgrade to this. 😮

Or if you are a member you can refinance with them at 4.28 for up to 60 months and get a $200 bonus if you financed elsewhere. 😀

Hi all, my Ranger is only 6 weeks old and this recall….. how can software fix a pinched wire? 😳
