IMO you are seriously overthinking this. It’s not that complex, especially with the very minimal changes to the lift you’re considering. Your proposed lift changes are purely aesthetics, no suspension gains or losses, no perceptible handling changes or wheeling changes that you’ll ever notice …...
You’re not gaining or losing any suspension travel with a puck, perch or springs. And the “rep” for Fox was the designer of the Live Valve.
Good luck
You say …. “ But im very critical about looking at the whole system, vehicle dynamics, drivetrain loading, gearing losses, inertia changes, possible failure points etc. and overall vehicle dynamics for multiple uses.” …. and yet you want 35s …. Seems like a bit of a contradiction in logic IMO...
Not sure what you mean by “cost effective “. It’s my opinion, but for me it’s only worth buying one that has directional arrows, otherwise wait and save up, you’ll be happy you did. I’ve used Escort detectors for years and they have saved my bacon numerous times. I have a post on here with my...
That BD light setup is clean, and pretty much the same linkable connections as the Baja Designs XL Linkable Bumper Light Kit that has been available for the Bronco since 2021...
I just did a separate post of my install with the Baja Designs XL Linkable bumper light kit off my 21 Bronco … and also posted these additional installation guide steps to make it less of a PITA !
My additions to the Foutz installation guide

My additions to the Foutz installation guide
Step 3 says -> “Gently pull the bumper from
the center hole”. There is NO gentle way of removing the PLASTIC bumper insert. Yank on it and use plastic trim tools to pry it out. Then disconnect the sensors connector.
The second part of step 3...
I traded in my crappy 21 First Edition Bronco for my 26 RR. I kept the Baja Designs XL Linkable bumper light kit. I had to do some adjustments to the curve, but fully adjustable and it fits perfectly with the Foutz bumper light mount (by @GregFoutz). I’ll probably add another XL since there is...
Good article, but there is definitely a CON with a spacer. CV angles are increased (more angle) at full droop with spacers. Additionally changes the geometry angles of UCAs and ball/heim joints. Yes, it can be “within tolerance” , but it is still certainly not an ideal result in my opinion (...
I had a few Blendmounts from other vehicles and pieced together one that works with my Escort and cam. It sits out from the windshield a little further than I’d like, but I like that it’s pretty close to the mirror. Only took about 10 mins to get the shrouds off, wires tapped and put back...
The Toyo AT III comes in a 295/75r 17 and is a C rated tire. It’s 34.4 tall … not sure I wanted to go quite that extra diameter, but I don’t really want an E rated tire. Odd that nearly all 295/70s are E sidewall tires.
