  4. What oil will you be running after your 1st oil change?

Amsoil has an insane amount of calcium... and that's not a good thing for GDI engines... Something around 1,000 is good... it has over 3,600
  5. Next gen 2021 Ranger Leaked?

Photo's are so dark it's hard to see any detail... lightened them up a bit. Weirdness going on at the front fender -to- door interface... No RANGER on the tailgate.. like that.

  11. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

Can we focus on the topic of this thread? We aren't talking about race cars with vacuum pumps that help the rings seal... what we are talking about is production vehicles. all of which have blow by, and people who retrofit a system by putting breathers on them. Your statement of "Breathers...
  12. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

Breathers are not band aids for bad rings. Every internal combustion engine with rings has blow by, nothing rare about that at all. Breathers are merely another way of dealing with positive crankcase pressures and in our case, to keep all that gunk out of the intake. Venting the crankcase...

RockSliders & Ice Build Up Today we were driving in some pretty nasty winter weather and had a lot of ice accumulate on the truck. Temperatures were in the teens, wind driven snow and driving in slush. We started hearing a knocking noise on the passenger side outer floor area every time we...
  15. No More Wedge!

  18. HenryMac's Build Thread: 2019 Ranger XL STX FX4 Magnetic Super Cab

Some things are easy to model... others not so much. I wouldn't feel comfortable sharing the model of the bed. It just isn't accurate enough. I made the model knowing that I was building a wooden structure that I could check each board for 'fit". I have yet to build the "Lumber Rack".
