My AC fan quit working shortly after purchasing my 2024 ranger raptor. Took it to the dealership they had it all day said they fixed it but didn't change out any parts... Has been working fine ever since.

Really? The original invoice was 660 the fee I had to pay to customs was 328, I did the math in my head but feel free to check it. It's possible the actual "tariff" was less but to me 50% is 50%.

I would be very careful. I ordered exhaust tips from fabulous fabrication out of Australia and I had to pay a 50% tariff once they arrived. I love the product but I would not have purchased had I known this up front. In Fabulous fabrications defense, I ordered (and paid for) them well before...

I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say missing cold air duct? In order to use the AFE pipes everything needs to be replaced including the silicone/rubber sections that connect directly to the intercooler. Those were included in my "kit".

I installed the AFE charge pipes and they went on without a hitch.

No I didn't do anything other than remove the old tip and resonators per instructions. I do have the FP tune, cobb intercooler, aFe charge pipes and SB colder intake but not convinced those things have much input into exhaust sound.

It certainly has a bit of a rumble at idle much like a V8. It's still a V6 but I wouldn't say it sounds buzzy. it's certainly loud when you get into it. Baja mode is a bit over the top for driving around town. That said I'm very happy and would not go back.

I've finished putting my fabulous fabrication exhaust tips on this morning. The whole process took about 2 hours. Attached is a video at start up. Those first few seconds always are a bit louder on my truck, I assume it's the same for everyone but I do like how it sounds... a little bit...

My guess is yes, problem solved. Mileage typically now runs between 15 and 16 miles per gallon. I have the FP tune, cobb intercooler, sb cold air intake and aFe charge pipes.

My 2024 ranger raptor now has 5000 miles on it. Runs great and have the fp tune installed. Is this "soot" on my exhaust tips anything to be concerned with?

According to my magnet the only piece on my raptor that is not steel is the hood (roof is also steel).

Make no mistake I love my baby raptor. I enjoy driving it, people enjoy seeing it and I'm glad Ford built it to handle most anything I throw at it.

Had to pay an extra fee when registering my Ford Ranger raptor due to "heavy vehicle" surcharge. Did some minor investigating and found the Curb weight of a 2024 ranger raptor 5325 lbs. In comparison the Curb weight of a 2024 F150 club cab 4x4 is between 4800 - 5000 lbs depending on trim level.
