    Yes, it sticks out about 3" from the wheel well. If I slide the one cleat down, I can open it in place. but for now I just swing it out to open it.

    I have a Bak cover with the CMS and pivot box. I haven’t had any issues as of yet. If I do the pivot box swings out and lifts off for that one haul. No biggie.

    I agree, the tie down bolts were tuff because of the locktite on the bolts. But it went smoothly once I got them out.
