Just cracked mine this past Thursday. It will be replaced by a local glass shop, who was able to source an OEM unit from out of province. Will be done this Wednesday. Will advise how it went.
Been reading lots of horror stories of the blend door replacements. Is this issue year specific, or has Ford made improvements to rectify it in later (Gen 6 )years.
I thought the mileage would be better. Mine is a '24 XLT 2.3. With 2100 km behind me my combined is around between 13.0 and 13.5 liters /100km. Average trip speed has been around 23 km/h. Still a whole lot better than my old 2000 F-150 4.6.

Thanks Pat. Any mounting issues? These look like a great option $$ wise. What are your thoughts on the way it sits atop the box as opposed to flush. Trying to decide whether I prefer this or flush mount, at twice the price.
Have had my truck for two weeks. Looking to order a Bison Tri-Fold here in Canada. I'm hearing of an odd rear overhang with this cover on a 2024. Anyone have photos of such an install with the tailgate up. Thanks in advance.
