Went from a 2009 F150 long bed standard cab with roll down windows to a 2025 XLT. Love the truck. 38K was what I paid, and plan to retire in 5 years with some $$$ in my pocket. 60 to 70k for a truck was not in the cards, and not what I wanted.
I just went to the parking lot here at work to do it, so here's what I do. get out of the truck, left leg out and goes over the running board, before my left foot hits the street my right foot is on the running board and pushes me up. Your left leg may slide on the board just barley after a...
6'3 250 here. I have a 25 Xlt and had the same problem. I step into the truck no issues, I like the seat back. To get out I put my left leg down and step on the running board with my right leg. Truck is about 5 months old now and I get in and out all the time without even noticing any issue...
This is the 3rd issue and my XLT has 3k on it. As someone said to me "well, that's the way it is today". People today just take it and pay a lot for it, and keep on takin it. Very sad
2025 XLT here. Coming from a 2009 F150 Long bed, I wanted a smaller truck, but still wanted a truck. This is supposed to be my retirement truck, as I plan to retire in 2 years, so I want it to last. I have 3000 miles and have been to the dealer already twice. Once for a washer fill neck...
No. All was normal before and after. The dealer did ask me about tires!! Haha I said the truck has under 3k miles on it. They are having some kind of tire push at Ford
Hello, I'm 6'3 250, not skinny and have the seat all the way down on the floor, and the seat back reclined to where I feel comfortable. The key for me is the recline, I never have a headrest problem because of the angle of the seat back. Hope it helps.
It is your truck, so change it if you want too. I think it is a waste of time/money in 2025. Oil and manufacturing are much different than in the past.
I vote Cactus Gray. Something different, and I like the look. I'm done with Silver, every other car/truck on the road around here is Silver/Battleship Gray. I also agree with what GLW said. A just washed Black Truck is the best looking on the street, but when dirty is the worst. I like a...
Yes, I put a deposit on a truck that the dealer had on allocation. The dealer gave me a value what he would give me for my trade, 2 months later when the Ranger arrived at the dealer, he asked about the trade, I told him I won't be trading it in. I shopped around and got the most money from...
