yup mine is doing this as well. Twice in a couple weeks it switched over to baja mode from normal all on its own

my 24 raptor is a rattle box, both door panels and one good rattle on the passenger side dash area.

I need that snorkel for my raptor!

funny enough i went in that area today and secured all the loose plastic pieces. Zero change in the rattle

has anyone found this TSB?

maybe the fan behind it took a dive?

still working on my rattle at idle in drive. I pulled the dash apart on the pass side and believe the rattle is on the other side of the firewall. have been playing with heatshields and such under the truck. I believe the rattle is somewhere in that area. Can't quite pinpoint it yet
