You guys are not alone in this issue, it's honestly really annoying. I've called a dozen different people and they all say the same.
If you have windows down, it noise cancels so much from the wind people can barely hear you. I basically need to put all windows up to talk to anyone and they...
In this instance it doesn't even attempt to unlock but as 3 of us described unlocks just fine with the key fob.
Cold temps prevent the intelligent sensors from reading touch clearly.
I think you're confusing the intelligent access door sensors and the keyless pad. We're not talking about the keyless pad, we're talking about the sensors built into the door handle for intelligent access (which are wired).
This is exactly what happened to me, once unlocked with the fob it was fine but absolutely did not work first try no matter what I did. Seemed to be strange, glad I'm not the only one though!
I'm curious to see if anyone else has had this experience. This morning it was about freezing ~30F and my keyless entry (door handle grab) absolutely would not work no matter how many times I tried to get it to activate on my 24 raptor.
Not really a huge issue, but curious to see if anyone else...
I have one of these and I love it as well. Throws off a crazy amount of light with a good mix of flood and spot. No issues so far down fire roads/gravel even at speed.
The amber function also looks great IMO at night (can't see it at all during daytime).
