Sorry, my mistake, there is a shadow of a light pole on the street in the picture but I was referring to in the bottom right corner of the windshield those are all scuff marks, including the one that looks like a crack.

No they didn't crack the windshield. Those are scuff marks from the A-pillar plastic when they were trying to remove it. And no its not a shadow from any light pole. The big mark on the left of the smaller ones is also a scuff mark.
