We have a dealer locally that has one on the lot with an ADM of 9k. He dropped it to 5k and is thinking about my 1k offer. I think he’s biding his time but I’m willing to wait and see if he bites.

Are cargo management rails worth adding $535 to an order? Also do they interfere with adding a BAKflip x4 cover?

I totally agree. My main problem is with the trade-in. Most dealers won’t settle on a trade-in value until the vehicle is delivered. At that point you’re at their mercy and they know it. I’ve heard horror stories of folks getting really lowballed. Once the vehicle you really want is delivered...

Not sure Ford is the same but our experience with Jeep production is that there is a priority on build based on your dealers sales numbers. Our Jeep dealer is a high sales volume dealership and the three Jeeps that we have had built through them were delivered in a very short time period.
