  1. Roush R Series Wheels and Falken Wildpeak AT4/W Tires installed

I've had a set of Roush R Series wheels sitting in the boxes for a few months. Since I'm too cheap to pay MSRP for tires I let the wheels marinate until the internet started brimming with sales. In the meantime I researched tires, sizes and tread widths until I was sick to my stomach. Since I...
  2. Radio Controlled 1/10 Ford Ranger MS-RT

For the RC hobbiests out there. CEN Racing now makes a 6th gen Ford Ranger hobby grade 1/10 RC model, although the Ford Ranger that this RC model replicates is a plug-in hybrid that doesn't appear to be available in the North American market. But screw it who cares.....it's an RC car that...
  3. H7 94R AGM Battery Conversion

Decided to convert my little Ranger XLT from the standard group 48 battery to a 94R AGM. It's a pretty simple conversion.....all you need are the corresponding battery tray and insulator cover from a Lariat and you're off like a prom dress. All other components are the same....both cables...
  4. Ford Everest Fender Vents installed on Ranger

Grabbed some fender vents from the Ford Everest to slap on my Ranger. For those not familiar with the Everest imagine a Ranger as an SUV.......one not sold in America. Sometimes it's fun to install OEM parts that Ford never intended for you to have.:like:
  5. CV Axle / Steering Rack Angles and CV Boot Distortion When Leveled

I've been evaluating the notion of installing a leveling kit in my little Ranger. Unfortunately, there don't appear to by many photographic references specific to the current gen Ranger as to what CV axle/steering rack angles and CV boot distortion look like post install. So......I tried to...
  6. Roush R Series Iridium Wheels Virtual Unboxing

Ordered a set of Roush R Series iridium Bronco wheels for my Ranger from BMZ Collectibles' ebay store. They shipped clear across the country (~2700 mi) via FedEx Ground and surprisingly there was virtually no damage to the shipping boxes......I was stunned! In addition to providing free...
  7. Roush R Series Wheels - Question for those that own a set

Do these wheels look much better in person than they do in photos? I've done much recon around the internet digging up photos and videos featuring the Roush R Series wheels and the iridium paint always looks dingy.....not terribly vibrant. Perhaps its just bad color reproduction/image quality?
  8. BAK Revolver Installed Photos

Was asked by a forum members for a few photos of the BAK Revolver tonneau that I had installed. In the event that others were researching/considering purchasing one for themselves, I thought I'd go ahead and share the photos with everyone. Hopefully they're helpful.
  9. Already Doing Paint Correction

Love the smell of paint correction in the morning. Believe it or not I actually bought my little Ranger XLT brand new, but it sat on the dealer's lot for about a year before I bought it. It was actually custom ordered by another party who backed-out before purchasing it.....so there it...
  10. Tufskinz Interior Overlays installed

Anyone that's ordered directly from Tufskinz knows that it can take a week or two for items to arrive, but what you receive generally fits incredibly well. After carefully installing their tailgate letters I figured I'd give their interior trim pieces a try. The gloss black center console...
  11. Color Matched Mirror Caps by "Painted OEM Parts"

I'm rollin' a Velocity Blue XLT and genuinely enjoy it, but it had one nagging cosmetic flaw........matt black mirror caps. But thanks to Painted OEM Parts that issue has been remedied.....and it only took about 1.5 weeks. And yes, that included shipping. The parts themselves are OEM Ford...
