The '24 rear shocks are outboard vs inboard on the '23 and older. I think the valving would be significantly different on the older model to control sway, given the increased leverage of being inboard.
You're not dry starting the motor after an oil change or after winter storage. There is a residual oil film on all mating parts and it does it's job for the 3 seconds it takes for full prime.
Why prolong the process by trying to prime with the starter motor. That doesn't make sense.

Ignore the advice of post #2. He is wrong with his assessment. The vibration started when the rear lift blocks were added. It's the change in the driveshaft angle that is causing the vibration.
