Enjoy the ARE topper. I too have one from Suburban Toppers and Dan was a joy to work with. Mp4965@1990 - plastic rails stayed on. There is/was a shim kit for the removeable tabs as noted by TheAvo
Again, enjoy the topper.... love mine!
Did the stainless for the chrome package...between the mud flaps and the filler...mucho happy keeping the boards cleaner... Also like the "look" as it adds some bling!
Before/After
When you look at the Blackstone comments, I asked about viscosity and the TBN they liked. Stayed with the recommended 5w30 with Ford WSS-M2C961-A1 and Motorcraft filter.
What brand of oil did you decide to go with?
Cactus grey is gone, I like the ligher color as I drive for work and keeping cooler in summer months. Not available for the 25's.
My 1970's Chrome package aslo includes mirror caps, handles and fog lights in Chrome. Happy again.
I know that black is "in". As I said, the 1970's called me and...

Over the years I have purchased maps from USDA / forest service maps. You have San Juan National Forest in around the Durango area. Rio Grande National Forest in the Pagosa area.
These maps will show 4x4 roads, campgrounds, main(dirt), main county paved...

Cows eat pasture grass, corn, silage, hay and wheat just to name a few. Hence since they don't' eat meat, I guess it makes the cows at bit vegan. :giggle:
Ummm....Here in Colorado, some guy on a YouTube video was doing over 100 on a street bike, weaving in and out of traffic on I-25 and they tracked him down from Texas, cited him based on his own volition .... Not sure what Georgia would do, but not sure I would post something like this. Just my...
Hello Mr. Danger,
Link to a post I made below when I put the topper on the Lariat. PDF of the invoice is attached in link. Ford website has a Leer for about $4K (now $4.2K + install), but I liked the ARE bit better. The Lear has hinges that look like ones you would buy at a hardware...
Have 2.7L Fx4 since Sept 15th ish... 5K + miles and runs pretty darn good. That 2.7L is zippy...happy camper. Can't wait for spring/summer to give the forest service roads a visit. Here fishy fishy fishy.
Yes...only the six bolts on each side. My pic was just an example of my application with the filler, but you would just take off the brackets from the body unless it was easier to store them separately. Not all new Rangers come with running boards, so they have to be installed by the factory in...
