  1. 35" Falken Wildpeak RT on Relations Race Wheels RR7-H Matte Bronze -- Cactus Gray RR

Man, looks great. I have to stay out of the 6g forum, too many good looking Raptors.
  2. Blackstone Oil Analysis @ 5.2k miles - Amsoil Signature Series (Ranger Raptor 3.0 L V6)

Thanks, getting a new engine put in my 2021 (50k miles, bad rod bearing, 5k full syn. oil changes at dealer) and I think I will send the oil out for some peace of mind after the repair. Maybe first and second oil change, then once a year after.
  3. Blackstone Oil Analysis @ 5.2k miles - Amsoil Signature Series (Ranger Raptor 3.0 L V6)

What company did you use? Never had one done but going to plan on it.
  4. CAM PHASERS

Really though the clock doesn't start until the truck is in the shop. Not the dealers fault, they didn't build it. Ford's engineers and their parts manufacturers are to blame. Man, I humbly say this but your $200k means nothing to Ford or any brand. Shoot, Ford even threatened to sue (or did...
  5. CAM PHASERS

  6. CAM PHASERS

I would give em a shot at the repair before trying to buy it back but you were also probably lucky enough to not pay an ADM too though. It is such a new truck parts delays are understandable (yeah Bronco Raptor uses the engine too but maybe different part numbers). I was a Benz tech, we had on...
  7. 2.3L Ecoboost engine teardown video

Yeah no doubt, it is a numbers game. That said, what a coincidence that a tech at the dealer my truck is in had his engine replaced at 57k on his 2021 Ranger as well. I am guessing those pandemic years QC loosened up some. No where else in the Ranger5G forum has it been mentioned about engine...
  8. 2.3L Ecoboost engine teardown video

Just joined but my 2021 Ranger has 50k miles, 5k oil changes with full synthetic and was just told they are doing a long block on it because of a spun a bearing in cylinder 4. I'm pretty sure he said the rod bearing. I found this post when searching 2.3L teardown because I was almost skeptical...
