Factory offset is +55 so those wheels are sticking out a full 2+ inches over factory and they are probably rubbing because of that. Those wheels look like they are only offered in a 0 and +25 offset.

Is it warm where you are at? As soon as it starts warming up, the fan comes on. It is loud but that is normal. My last 3 Fords were the same (24 RR, 21 Bronco, 15 F-150).
The guys over at G.O.A.T Offroad posted a great write up last week regarding lifting/leveling the RR and it touched on this issue. They state that this can be solved by using a strut spacer.
