Factory offset is +55 so those wheels are sticking out a full 2+ inches over factory and they are probably rubbing because of that. Those wheels look like they are only offered in a 0 and +25 offset.

Long shot here, but did you happen to enable the approach lighting in Forscan? I remember reading in a thread people were having similar issues after enabling that function.

Only 2024 models built before mid September 2024 need J braces. Trucks built after had an updated design that fixed the issue. You don't need them.

2024's had 6, 2025's only have 4.

They light up yellow/orange when they are on. I think that's forward without going out to the truck to check.

F-150 body's are aluminum while the Ranger's are (mostly) steel.

Is it warm where you are at? As soon as it starts warming up, the fan comes on. It is loud but that is normal. My last 3 Fords were the same (24 RR, 21 Bronco, 15 F-150).
