Most Ford dealers will come to your home and pick it up then return it when work is completed. Me personally I would rather take it there and get it myself, plus they always give me a loaner. My little dealer ( Dean Arbour Ford ) in Tawas Michigan is GREAT.
No, It is the airbag light on the bottom RH side in the instrument cluster above the steering wheel. It has never been on before in the 14 months that we have owned the vehicle.
I would have to say the new vehicle prep guys took it for a joy ride. When ever I ordered a new truck I would tell the dealer I wanted to be there when it came off the car hauler. It helped that a friend of mine's wife worked for the car hauling company and could track it.
