My Ranger had the base suspension, and it was fairly stiff. Take a look at payload for Ranger vs Frontier and you'll see why...Ranger is heavily sprung. As others have mentioned, try playing with tire pressure. My Ranger had a 38 psi recommendation. I ran between 30-32 for the right balance.

I picked up a set of Bronco Big Bend wheels from Marketplace and painted them green.

I liked being able to activate my backup camera when driving forward into the garage. It let me see the rear edge of the garage floor, so my truck was in the perfect parked position. The Bronco I just does not have that ability, from what I can tell.
