I took mine into the dealer. my foam was split half way down on the side. They replaced it. Made no difference. But their service mechanic said it was not that hard to remove that bottom cushion. There are some kind of clips holding it in.
The problem is that there is no support under the seats foam cushion. The rear of the seat just sinks unrestricted. The #4 "Flex-Mat" does not support the rear half at all. You need to put something rigid to support the back 1/2 of the foam cushion from sinking as you are driving. Ours New...
