Tire guy here, ideally what you can do is get the original sensors from your OE set removed and installed into the bronco set, but I do believe that it is the same part number and frequency used for broncos and rangers, so if you can get the tire shop to relearn it with their TPMS tool it should...

Did you put a T harness behind the head unit or did you tap into the speaker wires?

Just threw a new one in mine, and honestly just whatever was on the shelf at the parts store. I always throw a new one in after spring due to all the pollen and what not, but to each their own.
