I had the Same issue, dealer could Not get it calibrated. They changed the Sender unit, but problem is only mitigated, but Not solved so far, since it shows no almost full, but Not 100%.
Was covered by guaranty so far.
Not sure if I want to insist having the complete tank changed. I get used to it.
