I had the same happen driving about 60mph.
The truck scrolled all the way to sand mode. As far as I could tell it didn't engage the transfer case even to 4 high. I dialed it back down immediately.
I've been using a cheapo Deaprull 53qt dual zone. Works great backed up with a Bluetti ac180. The fridge ran for almost 4 days on the Bluetti camping. Doesn't look cool like some others but latches good has wheels a light and removable divider.
I've had my 2.5 kit on for a while now with no problems. Been off road quite a bit. Last weekend I had it fully loaded with camping gear and rtt on really rough trails and it did great.
Everything Freedom Beast said is about right except crash bars are fine in place. Be warned though the shock bolts may need to be pressed out. Mine couldn't even be taken out with an air hammer. Adds a little time to install. Luckily I have another vehicle to drive them down to the machine shop.
I didn't unplug anything installing my leveling kit from Superlift. I didn't disconnect the lower a arm though but I did have to take the coilovers to a shop to have the bolts pressed out.
Ok thanks. The rear is half inch lower than the front. Looks extreme in the picture but it's not on flat ground. Planning on throwing some one inch blocks but held off after seeing the back sensor. Still stoked on all the lariat gadgets though. Has a lot more than my super duty lariat except the...
I ended up installing the super lift leveling kit. 2.5 inch spacers and sway bar links. Rides great and was able to put 285 70r 17 on. Only trimming was an inch of felt in front of the wheel.
They installed the drivers side fine then got to the passenger side and realized the sensor. If you check your upper control arm passenger side you'll see it. Waiting to hear back from Rough Country on the issue. Super bummed! My new wheels just sitting there.
Non raptor. I think the front shocks will stay stock and the rear are replaced because of the 1 inch block. Either way those will be temporary. I'll replace them with something better down the road.
Has anyone installed the new Rough Country lift kit? I was hoping for a higher end brand but couldn't help ordering it as soon as I saw it. Hoping it rides good and wondering if anybody has experience with it yet?
