Based on this Bronco6G thread, there doesn't appear to be a permanent fix from Ford. Those guys have had some luck by making a heat shield (post #171) to protect the propeller shaft from the hot exhaust. Here is a photo I took at the Raptor Assault school. Just like on the Bronco, you can see...

On Bronco6G, it seems this is what the dealers are doing to "fix" the issue.

Any update on yours? Did the driveshaft solve the issue? My 24 RR has started making this chirping sound which sound identical to the videos posted on Bronco6G.

With the removal of the mirror signals, are the puddle lamps/zone lighting lamps gone as well? Do 2026 RR models still have zone lighting?

Thanks for posting this. This solves the problem on mine. I don’t even need to use much force when the middle headrest is up a few inches. Kind of a dumb design though.

Were you able to determine where the squares go? In the instructions for the tailgate liner for an F-150 or Maverick, the squares are used in different manners. It’s strange there is no mention in the Ranger instructions.
