    I just installed the BAK Revolver X4TS last weekend and had the same issue with wrong instructions. I got mine installed and have the same gap as your photo above.

    https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt/ If it shows a bunch of modules at the bottom and Tear Tag is populated up top, then usually means production is complete (off the assembly line).

    Got the same email today. RR with spray-in bedliner and mud flaps. Blend date 3/14, in production 3/18, modules and tear tag also done on the 18th. Not sure what the delay is.
