Installed mine today with help from my son. He has small hands and arms so it was a huge help. Took the tires off for easier access. Took about 3 hours.
I’m about to install mine. 32” Double row. Metal housing and Lexan lens (not glass). I still have the blue tape on the front until I install it but here are a few pics.

I just installed the BAK Revolver X4TS last weekend and had the same issue with wrong instructions. I got mine installed and have the same gap as your photo above.

If it shows a bunch of modules at the bottom and Tear Tag is populated up top, then usually means production is complete (off the assembly line).
Got the same email today. RR with spray-in bedliner and mud flaps. Blend date 3/14, in production 3/18, modules and tear tag also done on the 18th. Not sure what the delay is.
My blend date was 3/14 and this morning I see that the module build data (https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt) populated last night so I know they are working on it.
Still not entirely sure if the assembly at the plant was idle the first two weeks of March but my build week was last week and blend date on 3/14. I have seen no updates and the modules (https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt/) have not populated yet. Anyone else with blend dates the first...
