Has anybody managed to get Onboard Scales working in a Ranger Raptor? I've managed to get a toggle option in one of the menus, but it doesn't do anything, so I suspect there's a couple of extra settings I need to change.
In theory, I'm assuming we should be able to get it going, since the VDM...
@Sequoia How did you code it? Do you remember? I have an MY22 Ranger Raptor, and have been tinkering with things like this, and 50/50 View at Speed, etc, but can't get anything beyond Rear Camera at Speed working.
I guess with 50/50 or with L/R view on indicator, it more or less replicates the...
@Dunko, I can't help you with the DRL situation, but the Auto Lock Control is easily solved. You've got half the solution already. You also need to enable Auto Lock Vehicle in the non-as-built BdyCM module. It's actually shown in the updated version of the Forscan spreadsheet on page 1 of this...
Interesting @Raptortugal, the codes you've listed above differ from the ones I'd used to get it working. I found the ones that I used on an earlier page in this thread.
The discrepancy in codes used didn't seem logical, so I went through each of the module tabs in the spreadsheet associated...
Agreed. I have a Ranger Raptor and had to turn on Power Delivery Gauge in Cluster (under IPC) using FORScan. Once I did that, I essentially got the same view as in your second post @Ranger43931 (the one from CarExpert) and while in 4A it shows when power is delivered to both the front and rear...
Mine's an NZ Raptor. Should be similar. Here's what I've got working so far.
Power Delivery (To Wheels) Gauge in Cluster
Turbo Boost Gauge in Cluster
Tow/Haul Mode
Trail Turn Assist
Auto Lock Doors on Motion
Lane Keep Assist Removal
Lane Change Blink Number
Enable Reverse Camera...
Since I was asked about my Mac setup in a DM, I thought I'd leave this here, in case others also want to use FORScan with a Mac.
My setup is as follows, with a 2024 MacBook Air (not that this part is overly relevant) with only USB-C ports:
I'm using the OBDLink EX...
I agree with this, having just re-tested this morning. I disabled APIM and lost the ability to enable/disable from the settings menu.
IPC is not required, but BdyCM and APIM are both required (non-Asbuilt Enable/Disable works) at least on a Thai built MY22 Ranger Raptor. And in BdyCM I only...
Thanks @Raptortugal and @CrustyNoodle! That last clue worked perfectly. Needed to enable Auto Lock Vehicle in the BdyCM non-Asbuilt menu.
I had tried the same setting in the Asbuilt menu yesterday, but might have confused the whole thing, since I'd also enabled something similar in the IPC...
Thank you. Yes, I had tried enabling the Auto Lock Control Function, as in your screenshot, but it still remains greyed out and unselectable in the menu. Perhaps it's a New Zealand thing?
Any other Kiwis got it working?
Hi from New Zealand! I'm just getting into the whole Forscan thing, running it from a MacBook Air, using Crossover to emulate Windows and it works perfectly.
So far, I've managed to get the following working, with the help of the awesome spreadsheets available. (Thanks to all contributors.)
