24 and 25 are the same. Get a rough country has a leveling kit for under $100. They have a 3.5 inch "lift" as well. Its a true rear lift but just puck and control arm for the front. Tune wise it will take a little bit. There is a procal map available but not sure if it will work with the rangers...
There are not going to be any significant changes to the 2025 to make it worth it, you can probably get a 2024 under invoice cost right now, I got mine a month or so ago at 7k below msrp. Some TSBs have come out for the 24 with 2.7 but its too late into the 2025 production cycle for us to see...
