I had a 4dr Black Diamond with the Sasquatch package. It drove well on road just not as well the RR. I think from a handful of reviews I watched folks said the RR has probably the best road manners of any truck outside the F150 Raptor.
It can vary a lot on where you live in terms of delivery time. Living in Michigan my Bronco was delivered a few days after being built and I think my RR was similar (it was a dealer allocation so I don't remember the exact time frame). If you live across the country it can be a different story.
