  1. Drive mode for light snow, slippery conditions (non-Raptor/4A)

Agree with all of the above feedback. I live in VT and am a ski instructor so always drive in the “worst” conditions. Unless you’re climbing or coming down steep hills 2wd drive in Eco mode with snows are all you need. For really bad days and or rutted frozen snow covered poorly graded dirt put...
  2. Toyota has Ford worried???

Same here. Replaced a Toyota Tundra 5.7 with the 2.7 Ranger and can still tow my 6,000 lb camper without issue and have a much nicer daily driver
  3. Side Curtain Recall

Helpful feedback. I guess if you don’t like airbags no sense doing recall…
  4. Side Curtain Recall

I experienced some minor damage. Figured better chance and live with slight cosmetic damage to interior trim rather than have something worse happen to me in a crash
  5. Wiper Blade Arms while truck is off

I would definitely be interested in understanding the correct way to position them out for snow storm given my location.
  6. My new 2025 Ranger Lariat 2.7L business fleet truck builds.

Nice trucks. Curious what was the driver to purchase Rangers over the F 150? As you are getting the 2.7 (great engine-what I have in my Ranger) I’m guessing you’re not attempting to reduce operating expense
  7. Is the Everest (Ranger based SUV) coming to the US ?

Agree 100%. I was very interested in the new 4 runner till I saw the towing specs. If Ford had 7,000 lbs or more of towing in a mid size SUV with similar GCVR I’d trade my Ranger for the Everest 4-5 years out
  8. Fence Sitting on Ranger Raptor or Ranger Lariat

I have a loaded 2.7 Lariat which is both my daily driver and tow vehicle, something that none of my former full size or mid size trucks excelled at. I didn’t consider the Raptor as I needed the towing capacity of the 2.7. That said the Raptor is a handsome truck…but I believe the 2.7 engine in...
  9. Undercoating Recommendation for the Northeast

Fluid film for me applied last April. Some smell initially but penetrates well. Too early to know how effective. Used waxol on last truck and was ok but not great and very messy
  10. How many miles of your Ranger 2024!?

10,157 since purchased in April. 2.7 engine, have towed over 2,000 miles with another 2,000 miles of towing coming up in September No issues
  11. All toppers are not created equal - Here's my Leer

Like the set up–curious which Leer model you installed. Is it a mid height or full height?
  12. What is the consensis on the 2.7 v6 engine?

Very happy with 2.7; mileage great, output similar to my old Tundra 5.7 V8 and it’s a decent tow vehicle for my Airstream 23FTB so long as equalizer bars are on as well as an excellent daily driver. Averaging 22.5 or better over nearly 6,000 miles with approximately 10% of those reflecting...
  13. Thule rack system for cab mount

Curious what Thule set ups have been used on the cab roof of an 2024-2025 and what distances have been maintained between cross bars? Thule site does not show compatibility with Thule Evo Probars unfortunately which I had on my old Leer cap for Tundra so need new solution as I don’t want another cap
  14. J-Braces

I’m new to the forum and new to Ranger ownership (picked up my Lariat 2.7 last week which door jam says was manufactured 10/24). I was aware of potential carry issue, asked at time of sale and my dealer said they knew nothing and there were no open recalls on my truck. I just crawled under...
