Looking for a bit of help. My RR came in this week and I went and checked it out today. In the back seat was a set of the rubber type liner mats, but there was not any carpeted mats in it. I thought there was supposed to be some carpeted mats in the RR that said something in red, Ford...

Well, mine is in! I went and took it for a ride today. Had 4.6 miles on it. The thing is great. Everything I thought it would be. Going to pick it up on Monday or Tuesday. Does anyone know if the RR comes with carpeted mats?

This is very disappointing. I heard of something like this with Highlanders two years ago. A boatload of them were on dealers lots and could not be sold due to an issue. Dealers had customer ordered vehicles sitting for months. You would think this would he a priority for Ford to get the fix...

Every Ford ive ordered ive been able to track with a Railcar Number. I would call a number give the number in an automated system and it would give me a status. Anyone know where I can get the number? I have a call into the dealer, but I thought it might be on the sticker?

A bit of a strange happening. So my RR went into BUILT status yesterday. All looked great. Today, now, the truck just went into ORDER CONFIRMED status. Almost like it went all the way back to the first step. Anyone ever see this before? The ETA even went away. Ughhhhh.
