  1. New tires (275/70/18) on my BAP edition Ranger FX4 on 2" inch level lift

Everything I’ve seen indicates 285 is indeed too wide (without spacers), unfortunately, and for a mostly-road truck I’d really like to keep the tires within the wheelwells.
  2. New tires (275/70/18) on my BAP edition Ranger FX4 on 2" inch level lift

This is absolutely fantastic. If only I could find 275/80R16s or even 275/75R17s…
  3. New truck wish list of accessories

They look silly on any truck that’s under 80” wide imo
  4. 2026 Ranger / Ranger Raptor Changes Detailed (+ Full Order Guide)

I ordered during the Employee Pricing promo. Took 5 months (including the airbag recall), but I got a bit over 7% off sticker.
  5. 2026 Ranger / Ranger Raptor Changes Detailed (+ Full Order Guide)

Absolutely thrilled I got the 2.7L V6 in my 300A XLT before this change, huge win for me.
  6. Another SUV based on the Ranger frame?

The Everest is closer to a Land Cruiser Prado than a 4Runner; it’s bigger, more of a truck, and seats 7. I too would take one over a Bronco (or 4Runner) any day. Chevy used to sell the same basic thing down under as well, the Holden Colorado 7.
  7. Another SUV based on the Ranger frame?

The Everest is 1000× the SUV the lifted Focus Bronco Sport is and 100× the SUV the Explorer is. Accordingly, doubt they’ll ever bring it here. But I’d probably trade my Ranger and Jeep in on one if they did.
  8. Apple IOS 26 pretty cool - we finally got CarPlay widgets (clocks, weather and more)

Yeah ’25 V6 XLT base with FX4 and Advanced Tow.
  9. New 2025 Ranger Raptor 2.0 (my second RR) Build.

You and I (and that other forum member) have very similar tastes; I am going to add a similar band/strip to my own truck in the coming weeks.
  10. Apple IOS 26 pretty cool - we finally got CarPlay widgets (clocks, weather and more)

Sure: In retrospect you might've meant a picture of the whole screen rather than just HVAC, but from what I understand the only physical screen difference is the wider bezels on the smaller version. It looks the exact same to me otherwise.
  11. Apple IOS 26 pretty cool - we finally got CarPlay widgets (clocks, weather and more)

I ordered the small screen and also have knobs (Temperature, Fan Speed) and buttons (AC On/Off, Max AC, and Recirculate). The only thing that’s touchscreen-only is the vent selection.
  12. Wheel and Tire Fitment Picture Thread (sticky?)

Big fan of 16s, great choice.
  13. Black Appearance Package Winter Wheels?

They are wrong 👍🏻 You only have to recalibrate if the overall tire diameter changes; just swapping "stock-for-stock" (or close enough) size-wise will completely solve that problem before it even comes up.
  14. Falken Rubitrek 265/70/17 installed

Looks good! Any chance you'd want to post in the Wheel and Tire Fitment Picture Thread too?
  15. New 2025 Ranger Raptor 2.0 (my second RR) Build.

I've been drooling over your headache rack (while waiting on my own very-delayed Ranger order) for months; who did you go to to get that made? It's not looking like I'll find any options here in the Austin area, but I'm in Amarillo often enough and know there's a shop up there who custom-builds...
  16. Run antena cable from bed to cabin

Incidentally a guy on reddit just posted about doing this a few days ago:
  17. Can not get gas nozzle in tank

Yeah, my Jeep has thrown a gascap emissions code for like Âľ of its 16-year life. I like capless.
  18. Wide VS Narrow Tires Comparison Test (Pizza Cutters to Wide)

For you RRaptor guys*, 255/80̸ is nearly the exact same size as the stock 285/70̸R17; it's just 33×10̸ instead of 32.7×11.2 (slightly taller, a bit narrower). All the 255s I'm aware of are approved for up to 9"-wide wheels, and y'all's are 8.5. Zero issue. *I didn't realize this was the RRF...
  19. Wide VS Narrow Tires Comparison Test (Pizza Cutters to Wide)

Is it, though? To compare some common tire suggestions: LT255/80̸R17 (E-rated) Average — 54.6 lbs LT285/70̸R17 (C-rated) Average (mfg specs) — 58.3 lbs LT285/70̸R17 (E-rated) I got tired of linking but here's the Discount Tire search page; I verified mfg numbers where I could. Average...
  20. Wide VS Narrow Tires Comparison Test (Pizza Cutters to Wide)

That is the one downside of pizza cutters; because they’re more common for people who actually use their trucks as trucks, they aren’t really available in lighter load ranges. My take on it, broadly, is that it’s going to be a step up either way, so not something to worry about, but I also have...
