If you live near the ocean, even in California, you will get rust.
if the truck was used for a year in the Midwest, Iād ask for some under carriage pictures.
if it looks ok, Iād get an undercarriage wash or two and drive it to Palm Springs and back and put some fluid film on It.
unless you...
Absolutely but I think we can all fight this one poop at a time.
this is video is nothing less than stupid click bait and itās aim is to be controversial and get ranger owners, who are all winners. To argue amongst themselves.
just so they can earn a few Pennys in YouTube.
it extends to all...
sure if it is laminar flow and then there is a boundary layer. And in some cases a boundary layer separation.
which is why in some cases they dirty up a wing to get more turbulence to reattach the flow
butni garantee if you out sand in the hood of the truck it would blow away but if I have...
I think getting a ranger is a win, regardless of trim.
ābut a lariat does have a lot of little things, or at least used to, over the fully specced xlt.ā
from my very first thread.
it seems to me that an XLT with the 301A and technology packages is a better deal and only missing

There is a speaker efficiency, some are more efficient than others, that is louder for same power.
the b&O system I think is loud enough, but Iām not a loud music person;
I think that is the biggest advantage of the rear window. It makes it much nicer with the driver window down.
also with just the rear window open you get more air flow.
ive noticed that if i put sand on the bed rail, it will still be there after driving. I suspect the air flow behind the cab...
i would bet rhe bash plate would bend first. But I would agree the tow hooks bash plate attachments likely bend.
The rival tow hooks have a bit more substantial plate mount that is turned 90 degrees but would likely bend side to side more easily.
I find the rear window plenty when open. I think with the fan you get a nice airflow.
it is also nice with drivers window down up to about 45.
sometimes that rear window can be hand for sliding in long things, 10ā drain pipe for instance.
there is plenty of air flow without a top window...
āthe panel comes with a new cable as shown. You need to verify the plug underneath that this goes into has a purple and black wire to match with the red green wires

I actually like sport mode a lot, not for accelerating, but for stopping.
it reminds me me more of driving a manual transmission and using engine braking as sport mode downshifts earlier.
if you step on it in anynof the modes it moves out sharply.
I agree if you are driving 50-65 mph...
sure and other companies will institute zonal architectures and cut costs. And ultimately if you buy a ford, gm, Toyota, etal cost is a factor but zonal architecture seems more like you have to do it rather than an advantage to one manufacturer.
conjecture is fine, but that is what it is. I...
but itās not like other companies arenāt doing the same thing. Do you thinK GM and toyota arenāt working on zonal architectures?
I donāt think anyone who drives a vehicle really gives a crap if the architecture is zonal or domain based.
Why would ford make a larger than ranger sized vehicle...
no where does it say that the aussies were awarded a new mission. Itās the same mission, design the ranger. I think itās pretty likely that will continue through the next generation ranger.
i think that is probably bad for your F100 scenario, as if they had transferred design to Asia, I could...
thatās not what I read. Farley was making noises like maybe Ranger development would move out of Australia. Itās expensive and if Australia is going to ban diesels, does it make sense to be engineering a world ranger in Australia?
āBut Ford is yet to confirm a new Ranger will be developed Down...
I remain skeptical. I canāt see that ford suddenly believes that in 2029 that the midsize body on frame would get a lot of love and open another factory for that frame.
I think you are in for some disappointment.
and we have this quote.
ā"We are not going to comment on future product...
Speed limit assist and lane centering are options that are enabled with advanced cruise control.
should be off by default. I could see that would be a nice prank to play by enabling it on someoneās rangerā¦ā¦ š
