  1. Transmission downshifting issues

So hang on, I'm a bit confused. Some people here are saying that their transmissions are getting replaced (common sense should tell us because of a fault in them), but you're recommending a tuning instead?
  2. Extremely weak cabin roof

And I'm sorry, I said use a hand. I actually meant to say finger. A hand would dent it for sure! 😆
  3. Extremely weak cabin roof

Really? TWICE as much space??? Look again. YES, it IS behind the B pillar but not by a lot. And why would that make any difference anyway? The symptoms are EXACTLY the same! So whatever "different" design Ford picked is still crap. Or maybe you think that me and others are making this story up...
  4. Extremely weak cabin roof

Nope. Not a vibration. The roof is literally pushed down, together with the auxilary controls. I could take a video next time this happens. You can also check for similar reports by other people in this thread. Here's an example...
  5. Extremely weak cabin roof

Not the same. I'm seeing the auxiliary controls block being pushed down into the cabin at the first poping sound and back out afterwards. The metal beams you're talking about were part of the GM recall fix, which I'm expecting Ford to do the same given enough push back. So far it seems people...
  6. J-Braces back in stock at Ford.com

My first service for a 2024 Ranger Raptor. The dealer installed the J braces for free when I mentioned I'm planning on adding 3rd party rack and tent on the sides. Might just be this dealer I went to, who knows. Of course now I have to deal with bed rack manufacturers not having a clue that...
  7. Extremely weak cabin roof

Yup, not saying that there aren't car washes with weak blowers. Found one too that does almost nothing when it comes to drying, not that many of them do. But that's not really the point. Anything that falls or any kind of pressure applied in between the pillars will squash people like a bug in...
  8. Extremely weak cabin roof

I'm gonna be honest I'm a bit surprised I haven't found this topic in these forums. I normally go to my usual touchless car washes around where I live, in the same places I've been taking my SUV for years (WITHOUT a moonroof - a detail that I'm sure will become important later). Every time I...
