No to both - but remote start via the free FordPass phone app (or watch app) solves the second - and doesn't require you to be in range. FordPass app also lets you manage AC/climate settings.

I really wish Ford had something like Toyota's wallet key card. It's the size of a stack of 4 credit cards and replaces carrying a key fob. Just grab your wallet and go. (bonus, you can't drive off forgetting your wallet...)

Just remember that the '25 is a year old truck the moment you drive off the lot. While you're saving money buying it, you also have lower blue book value.
