Welp, the guy installed the butyl sealant but in the wrong spot. I went and got my own and solved that issue. Now I'm noticing that every single clamp on the bed seems to leak worse than a service member playing War Thunder.

Looking at the install documentation for the X4s. Drain tubes are not included.

Asked and they used butyl sealant. Gonna hose test the cover later once I'm home from work.

I'm actually sitting at the installers shop and they're gonna try adding some seal. Hopefully that helps, def feels like an excess amount of water.
