I have always changed my own oil. I would buy oil and air filters in bulk (like 5 at a time). I have FRAM filters (the orange ones) from the 80's and 90's in my workshop. I can not unload the Ford Escort and Subaru DL filters to ANYONE!. It may be interesting to buy a new one and cut them...
