Removal / installation is easy once you jack up the rear enough. I used the trailer hitch as my jack point, raised the rear about a foot, then added blocking for safety. With a stock setup you can do the work without removing the wheels.
Funny, I just emailed Timbren today with a measurement of the gap between frame and axle. Which is 5” on my vehicle btw. Hoping they will be able to ship me a spring that fits properly. I’ll update here when I hear back.

I installed kit #FRRGR on our ‘24 Ranger Lariat FX4. Was left with less than 1/4” of space between Timbren and axle, resulting in a very rough ride when unloaded. It rides great when hauling a heavy load.
