The rubbing will happen in rear part of the wheel well. I just used a grinder with a cutoff to trim some of the plastic and sheet metal. Took about 2 minutes per side... Seriously easy. The crash bars are a little more of a pain but not much. I cut the rear bars and painted
It will rub but easy to trim. I put on a 2.5" leveling kit and did a little simple trimming. All good now.
I am running same size wheels with same offset. I removed crash bars as well fyi....
I can't seem to find a chase rack option that let's me keep the bed cover. Anyone got something? I'm used to jeeps with so many mod options. Slim pickings in the Ranger Raptor world.... Thanks!
It's just the way it's mounted. I used carriage bolts in the track and it sits flush with the top bars. You have to order the rack with the cutout fairing to do it. Otherwise you'd need to mount above the cross bar
A couple of questions... When you pop the black gutter piece out, is it a slight tug or does it take a bit of prying? Not sure if there is some type of sealant I should be aware of or just the bolts holding it down. Also, can you cut pieces of it and reattach somehow after installing the rack...
So I'm installing this week. Video looked pretty straightforward and they told me via phone to expect about 2.5 hours for install. Can you tell me about any obstacles you came across that caused your install to take so much longer? Thanks!
Is there a pinned Forscan settings spreadsheet anywhere on the board? On the Bronco 6g there was and I just switched to a RR and understand I need to make adjustments after adding a leveling kit. A full tutorial on that would be amazing! Thank you!
