I just purchased the REV cover from Ford's website. So far I like it, and zero leaks coming from that.
I did a car wash test for the cover and rail caps and decided not to go extreme on those other entry holes. For me it's considered waterproof enough
I read as much as I could here and other places to fix the leaking rail caps. I wish someone would have come out with a real solution but I think what I did turned it really good. I went with a silicone black caulk. I think it sealed perfectly and you can barely see the caulk if you are really...
