I pulled fuse 8 and can confirm the modem is no longer operational and cannot be enabled in settings. No warning lights or anything. The TCU is probably still collecting telemetry, which I assume could be uploaded to Ford's servers if a dealer connects to the OBD-II port, but it's at least no...
