Your market is limited to the Ranger Raptor,and mostly more limited to someone that needs a replacement due to damage from offroading/accident,IMO

The price you're showing reflects the exchange rate from USD$60k to CDN$83k(at 1.38 exchange when I typed this)
Most likely a retaining clip for the fender flare
Flat part slips onto back of the flare and the pointy part goes into a corresponding hole in the fender to hold the flare on.
