I drilled smaller pilot holes first because the drill bit required can barely pass through opening that the marker lights sits in. The pilot holes make it a bit easier for the 7/16 bit to pass through the grill without marring it. If they made the connections slightly smaller or bare wires...
My DS RR is about 50 miles from the dealership. Should be picking up any day now. I haven't seen the DS color in person but all of the pictures I have seen it looks amazing. Congrats!
