It would likely work with some modification to the bed liner. At a minimum, you would need to drill holes in the liner for the bolts circled in the picture below. If the bed liner is super thick, you may need to actually cut out the portion that the bracket would sit against.

Thanks for the support! The fuel tank skid sits about 1 1/4" lower than factory. I am not totally sure about the Foutz lower trailing arm sliders, and I don't see any installation instructions on their website to reference. Based on the couple of photos I found, I believe they should work, though.
