Annnnd done! Once I got the plug separated it was less than 5 minutes to completion. Big thanks to the @PMK and @Dino Jockey for all the help and support.

I figured it out… It was a bit of brute force and a bit of the angle I was working from but after what seemed forever it separated. I did not need to manipulate a detent or any tab/pin.

My part came in today and I’m in the middle of install. Quick question: Im trying to separate the plug from the old wiring harness. Is this a brute force thing or is there some sort of pin or detent or some other technique to it?
