I think that's Bt_okst's point. Ford premiumcare (ford esp, ford protect) isn't the same as car shield or other 3rd parties.

Granger ford in Iowa charges invoice on orders assuming they have allocation, but you’d have to pickup. My 26 order was $57367.60 with destination charge.
