I’ve been driving cars with open filters for 22 years and never sucked up water. I’m not blasting thru deep puddles. Car washes and daily driving is fine. They make filter covers for the people that are concerned about sucking water thru an open filter.
I was gonna get one but decided to vent my hood first to see if that would work. It helped a lot and was cheaper. I towed a 7,500lb trailer ca-utah in 100 deg weather. Never had any heat issues with the a/c going.
Yeah, I submitted product requests on their website. Sorry to hear you got scammed, was it on here or FB?
Maybe I can reach out to fen fab on testing them out?
Has anyone tried on the bronco downpipes to see if they fit the Ranger? I have the 2.7 v6 and I haven’t found a product that is made for our platform.

I don’t make the product or test it. AMS builds some sick cars tho and I trust the Company. They built me a nice custom 4 inch down pipe for my turbo S2k a while back.
I just took apart the intake on my 2.7l. The passenger turbo inlet has this design on it. After my research I was going to remove it, as AMS claims to increase their flow by 200% w/o them.
Just wanted to introduce myself. Purchased my first new car ever, stepping down from a 3.5l f-150.

I’ve been trying to get better milage as well. I started out getting 18.2 MPG.
After these mods: intake, dump exhaust, no tailgate, no spare tire. I’m up to 20.5 MPG.
I have a 2025 2.7l 4x4 4,000 miles driven in sport and normal Mode.
After I get downpipes, turbo Inlets, and a tune it...
