Yikes. No need for name calling. I've had my fair share of issues with new products, from cars to appliances to guns - you name it. I've grown skeptical of QC and always like to get ahead of problems! That's why I asked if it was normal, that's all.

That's good to know! Why do people always rave about the rear windows in truck helping with ventilation then? Is there a trick to get it to suck out the back?

Talked to a guy on Reddit who said he ordered a 2026 Ranger last week and got a call yesterday from his dealer that there is a stop sale on the 2.7L engine. Not sure if it's a parts shortage due to the recall, or if they are stopping the production of 2.7s, or if it's even true or not. But...

Here we are 3 years later haha. Got my '26 XLT with power sliding rear window but had to remove the power moonroof from my order due to it holding up production 3+ additional months... I don't miss the sunroof. I love the power rear slider. But I'll say it's not like for like. Like OP...

Thanks for taking a gander for me! So even if the truck is off and you stick your head back, and open and close the window, no whine? Wonder why mine is so noisy ... Tried lubricating the track and seals but didn't do anything

Realtruck got back to me and is sending me a replacement cover to test out. Should be here in 1-2 weeks. We'll see!
