Why pay? When Ford warranty covers. After repair they warranty for an extended time. I would exhaust all routes of repair with that prior to paying for a service that may or may not fix your issue.

The issue I have is on Nor Cal Highways, when speed recognition is switched on, tolerance above 15mph, the radar will detect truck speed limit 55 plus cars speed limit 70. And when these signs are real close together you feel the loos of power or gain power significantly.

I have finally figured out why the adaptive cruise control was acting wonky. In the driving assistance setting, you can either select or deselect speed limit recognition. You need to turn this off in order to disable the automation and the self adjusting speed. See video

There was a setting that adjusted my speed to 20+ more than posted speed limit. Dealer showed me how to adjust. also changed oil at 5000 miles on current oil.

I tried on Normal and Sport mode and still shows up green as cruise control setting. And then the bubble around the car… but the lane assist is garbage, I drifted in the other lane intentionally with no traffic in the lane, and the warning lights didn’t change and the truck have no visible...

I will have to check mine again. Yesits strange that mine is green, and I think mine turns red when veering off the lane. Another thing that it does when I am in adaptive cruise control the warning keep hands ones testing wheel also illuminates more frequently flashing orange and then red. Then...

Sounds great you had a positive review of ACC. With mine, it’s jumping 20mph faster than what I set it at. I am going in next week to have it serviced.

Test fit some dynamic diodes with American Adventure Brackets! Brackets are well made and quality. The ditch light brackets for from Amazon. Now to drill the front bumper to put the front lights. Brackets also from AAL. then I’ll wire them up after the Labor Day holiday!

Ever seen these MBRP brackets? They mount to OEM hardware in the bumper valance. wonder if these are running quad lights if that has any direct effect on the cooling of the engine?

Thanks yes that what I was thinking. I not too worried about it looking “stock” my rack on the roof is oversized and the rack I have on the bed has custom standoffs. so I kinda like the Frankenstein Ranger look, 🤣

I was thinking the steel bumper is strong enough to take a rivet nut. Then I would thread the light bracket into it directly onto the bumper.
