    I guess it's not really a reason why, but Ford seems to rotate the dark bronzy(ish)-red colors from year to year, especially on F-series trucks.     I commute from the west side (Ypsilanti to Dearborn), I'd save over the past 2-3 weeks I've been seeing ~12 or so a day. Definitely more and more of them out there all the time, although probably skewed by all of us Ford employees who've jumped aboard lol
