Why is the stock skid plate left off? Is it possible to refit the plate with the winch in place?

Are you sure you don’t have skid plates? above is my xl trim 4x4. The only one it doesn’t have is under the transfer case, which i think is a bit frivolous anyhow considering the TC sits within the frame rails. A new set of tires can add an inch of ground clearance and a mile of confidence...
